The practice appears to be widespread in Java, the Eastern Cape and Central Java. In Java, the sebagai is attached to the machine by means of a small metal clip, similar to the clip that attaches seat belts to chairs. Players must pay a fee to access the bonus sebagai, but, again, the practice is widespread and may well be illegal.
